This is notice of an important upcoming auction event between Pittsboro and Sanford.  There are lots of unique and really neat items including lots of Equine related photographs, western themed items like Riding boots, saddles, headstalls, bits and lots more.  There is a vast amount of high end stereo, audio equipment w/ cassette decks, turntables, Klipsch and Magneplanar  speakers as well as shop equipment, household furnishings, framed artwork, and horse barn related items.  There is a large outdoor carport that was used to house the horse trailer and it is easy to get to for ease of dismantling and moving to your location.

The Lindsay family have been well known in the Clinton area for decades. This online only estate sale consists of various pieces of furniture, accent tables, a grandfather clock, china, silver, hutches, Christmas decor, and other collectables.

This online only auction will consist of multiple consignors and will bring a range of items including vintage duck decoys, knives, pin ball machines, gum ball machines, arcade games, a pool table, and beanie babies!  

This online only event contains a large number of doll houses and related items including doll house furniture.  The entire contents of the home are included.  This is a definite "Bid Now" event for all doll enthusiasts.  There are some really nice furnishings in the home also including living and dining room furniture.

This online only auction will consist of Sports, Civil War and more modern Military memorabilia, glassware and other collectibles.  There are some very Unique pieces in this online only auction event.  There are certainly some items to add to the serious collector's repertoire!  There is carnival and depression glass included as well as signed NFL Jerseys!

There are literally hundreds of new and /or VERY LIGHTLY used Mack and Snap-On Tools. We also have compressors, brake machines, tire balancers, large "new" toolboxes and most anything you need to open a mechanic's shop.  These are professional grade tools suitable for any mechanic, shop or even the "hobby mechanic".  This event will also include Multiple Harley Davidson Motorcycles that are almost new, with very limited miles. Everything has been kept in a climate controlled facility and handled with the utmost care.  These items are all from a local Estate (name withheld at the family's request).  A portion of this event will be an online/live/simulcast event and the remainder will be a traditional live event.  Call your mechanic friends and get ready because this one will be just like buying tools of the "tool trucks" as many are absolutely new and in the original boxes/cases/etc.

Team JP will have two building lots available in this auction, both in Harnett County! One lot is 0.80 acres located on Brookview Court, Angier, the other is two lots totaling 3.10 acres located in Thorntons Creek, Erwin. This will be a part of a multi parcel auction event held at Johnson Properties 48 Progressive Parkway, Angier, NC 27501 on April 2nd at 12 Noon. There is a soils report posted on this site and a copy of the recorded surveys, restrictive covenants as well.  This is a great opportunity to bring your own builder!
