This is an early notice for an online only personal property auction from 2 local families! We have some wonderful items from vintage style dolls, quilting materials, and beautiful furniture. There is a large selection of glassware, china, a teapot collection and many other items also being added.  The early catalogue and pictures have been posted and we will continue to update these leading up to the auction.

IT IS AUCTION DAY!  TUESDAY, AUGUST 13TH - PREVIEW BEGINS AT 3 PM AND THE AUCTION BEGINS AT 5 PM RAIN OR SHINE! This is notice of an online/live/simulcast auction that will include 7 horses.  This event will include a 4 yr old imported Warmblood gelding, a 13 yr old chestnut Warmblood gelding, a 7 yr old grey Imported Dutch Warmblood gelding,  5 yr old Bay Thoroughbred gelding, a 16 yr. old Paso Fino gelding, a 15 yr. old Appaloosa trail gelding, and an aged paint mare.  All horses have current Coggins and we do have copies of papers and additional information on some.  

At this time the 10 day upset period will take effect.  The 10 day upset period is set to end on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 at 10am.  Please note that 10am will be a soft close, as we will make sure to allow bidders time to acknowledge and rebuttal any upset bids that come in.  All upset Bids moving forward must be raised a minimum of 5%. Upset bids can be communicated via email and via telephone 919-639-2231 (Jim or Danielle).  Johnson Properties will make every effort to contact bidders when their bid is upset via phone and email.  Please keep an eye on your emails as well as your phone for any future correspondence.  10 Day Upset Period begins: Wednesday, July 17th.
