7. MULTI-PAR:   All parcels will be offered for sale in a public outcry Online/Live/Simulcast Auction with the assistance of the MULTI-PAR SM Bidding System. The auction will consist of multiple rounds of bidding allowing a prospective buyer to bid on any parcel, combination of parcels, or the entire offered property. The MULTI-PAR SM system allows successful initial bidders the opportunity to re-enter the auction after initial combinations have been opened.
