Her home located in Colonial Heights off of Hwy 401 South (at St Patrick Drive)is filled with beautiful furniture, decorator items, art, glass, crystal, and china. We will be offering fine furniture including a complete dining room suite, a beautiful bed, fine chairs, sofas, and a full sun room of furniture. We have appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, upright freezer and lots of kitchen appliances and accessories. We will have hundreds of box lots of fine buys including kitchen items, china, glass, crystal, books, and decorator items. 1. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyers premium will be added to the successful bidders high bid. A 3% discount will apply if paying with cash or an approved check.
